The current portfolio is composed of a retail unit in Calle Velazquez (Madrid), a warehouse in Ontígola (Toledo), a warehose in Plaza (Zaragoza), and Berceo Shopping Centre in Logroño (excluding the hypermarket) with a total GLA of over 120,000 sqm.
The vehicle is managed by Barings, a $305+ billion global financial services firm with global footprint and local execution team in Spain. The Barings Real Estate team is composed of over 100 employees and 13 offices across Europe.
